Note: This site is evolving daily with new content.

To support UC Davis faculty during a time of COVID-19-related illness, quarantine, or campus closure, this site provides concise, practical resources and strategies for moving part or all of a course online to help you keep teaching.

Teaching and technology experts stand ready to consult with faculty on any part of the process of maintaining instructional excellence while teaching elements of a course online. Please contact Academic Technology Services at ats@ucdavis.edu (educational technologies) and the Center for Educational Effectiveness at cee@ucdavis.edu (pedagogical and instructional strategies) for support. These live webinars on technology will help you move elements of your course online.

The flexibility afforded to faculty to move course instruction online has been authorized by one-time emergency exceptions to regular Senate policy that were approved by the Senate Executive Council. Please see the relevant Academic Senate website: https://academicsenate.ucdavis.edu/academic-policies-operating-status
